What a cute and creative name when I search for coffee shop near by. Cool place. Lovely atmosphere and staff was very friendly. They have not so many flavor but it’s all good.

Visited today (our 2nd) with my brother and cousin and friends. Place is kept clean with sanitizer in each table. Friendly service like always. Great coffees! I don’t like anything sweet so I’ve had the regular latte, cafe breve, and today, latte with 2% milk. No sugar or flavors added. We’ve had their delicious meat pie too. We live close by which is a plus and Kookaburra will be our go-to place for great coffees.

Yes, I’m a total coffee addict—or snob, whichever you prefer. I literally drive all the way out there just for their coffee, and trust me, it’s worth it. I also grabbed one of their Aussie pies to go, and wow—so glad I did. Absolutely delicious. Can’t believe that I didn’t take a pic though. I’d go back just for that pie alone!

Iced Latte's are always on point! All there drinks are well balanced flavor wise. Also love their green goddess drink!!

Very chill vibe! Kota & Ashton are the best. The chai was delicious, love the mini free library, hope to be a semi regular soon. Plus they have vegan options, yay! Stick around, happy to find locally owned & locally brew, great quality. Update: came back with a friend. Sami & Jackie were lovely, very knowledgable & friendly staff. Suggestion: Please get a large exterior sign. Hard to find, but worth the visit after circling around.

Such a hidden gem! My wife and I stopped at Kookaburra after a long hike through a local nature preserve. Though the coffee was great, the clear highlight was the Aussie pies. They contained flaky crusts and tasty fillings and were the perfect option for a quick lunch. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and courteous. We can't wait to go back!

Very clean, great coffee, peaceful atmosphere and smiling service crews. Has mini library if yiu want to spend time reading while enjoying their coffee. You can bring your laptop and work there while sipping coffee. They are selling coffee beans and merchandise too.

The only hard part was finding it. My navigation kept saying I had arrived but all I could see was a big UF Health building. Guess I should have read up a bit more. Cute little place that is in the same building as UF Health but does have a separate entrance. I had a London Fog (Earl Grey latte with vanilla flavoring) and it was delicious. I also had some vegan banana bread that was so-so. Guess I should have gotten the honey badger after reading all the other reviews here. Overall though it was a nice find.

My son and I had a lovely time at the Kookaburra in Nocatee! Hayden greeted us with such a warm, kind smile and great service! Wylie was also a shining example of a great staff member! We had terrific conversations! They worked tirelessly greeting, serving, and keeping everything as clean as a whistle! Later Spencer arrived and was also very friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working and helpful as we talked about the coffee shops history and Australian roots. I highly recommend the Kookuburra in Nocatee. The staff, the food, the coffee, even the chai latte all supported the wonderful ambiance! Check it out! 😀

Well, stop your search—The Kookaburra Café is absolute gold. As someone who has spent the past year in Australia and been to over 120 cafes abroad, I’ve been missing my daily flat white like crazy, and this place didn't just meet the mark; they smashed it out of the park. Why it’s the Best Spot in Jax: • The Barista (Paige): An absolute legend. I ordered a small flat white (double shot, skim), and Paige was right on the money. The espresso was pulled to perfection and the milk was steamed so beautifully I nearly shed a tear. Honestly? She’s better than half the baristas I’ve encountered in Oz, and that’s saying a lot! • The Vibe: Spencer handled my checkout and provided the kind of top-tier banter I’ve been craving. It’s rare to find a crew that’s this "spot on." • The Goods: I even managed to snag a bag of their Peruvian blend to take home—pure fate! It’s rare to find a place in the US that actually understands what defines "coffee," but Kookaburra is spectacular.
